We work with a wide range of suppliers, contractors, and service providers — from chemicals and spare parts to engineering services and logistics. We are committed to fair, transparent procurement processes that comply with Kazakhstan’s business and anti-corruption legislation.

Categories of Goods & Services We Procure

  • Process chemicals: demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, antifoam agents, caustic soda
  • Mechanical spare parts: pumps, compressors, heat exchanger components, valves, piping

Vendor Registration

KazNPZ maintains an approved vendor list. To be considered for inclusion, prospective suppliers must complete a vendor registration form and provide the following documentation:
  • Company registration certificate (Republic of Kazakhstan or country of origin)
  • Tax registration details (BIN / IIN for Kazakhstani entities)
  • Proof of technical capability: product catalogues, previous supply references
  • Quality management system certificate (ISO 9001 or equivalent preferred)
  • HSE capability statement for contractors performing onsite work
