Our Products — Refined for Performance, Built for Kazakhstan

At KazNPZ, our refining processes are engineered to extract maximum value from Kazakhstan’s heavy crude oil grades. Our product portfolio is designed to meet the specifications demanded by Kazakhstan’s construction sector, transport industry, manufacturing base, and energy market — while maintaining the quality standards required for export to regional and international buyers.

1. Road-Grade Bitumen

Bitumen is one of KazNPZ’s primary output products and one of the most strategically important petroleum derivatives for Kazakhstan’s infrastructure sector. The Republic of Kazakhstan is undertaking extensive road construction and maintenance programmes across its vast territory — creating sustained domestic demand for high-quality bitumen. KazNPZ produces bitumen grades suitable for road paving, waterproofing, and construction applications.

Product grades: BND 60/90, BND 90/130, BND 130/200 (Kazakhstan standard specifications)
Applications: Highway construction, urban road surfacing, waterproofing membranes, bridge decking
Packaging: Bulk tanker, drummed (200L), heated bulk shipment

2. Fuel Oil (Mazut / Fuel Oil M100)

Fuel Oil M100 (Mazut) is a heavy residual fuel widely used in Kazakhstan’s industrial boilers, power generation units, and heavy machinery. KazNPZ produces fuel oil meeting Kazakhstani GOST standards and applicable international equivalents.

Applications: Industrial heating, power plant fuel, marine bunker fuel, cement and brick kilns
Viscosity, sulphur content, and flash point available on request per buyer specification

3. Diesel Fractions & Distillates

KazNPZ produces diesel-range distillate fractions from its atmospheric distillation units. These can be utilised as automotive diesel blending stocks, heating diesel, or sold as intermediate products to downstream processors

4. Petrochemical Feedstocks

Straight-run naphtha and other light distillate fractions produced at KazNPZ are available as petrochemical feedstocks for downstream processing by chemical and polymer manufacturing facilities.

5. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

Light gaseous fractions from the crude distillation process yield LPG (propane-butane mix) suitable for domestic heating, cooking, and light vehicle fuel applications within the Kazakhstan market.
